The Assets table presents the following searchable columns:

Use the Columns button to show or hide columns based on your needs.

Alerts Column

The Alerts column shows how many alerts are currently active on each device, so a problem device is visible without opening the Hotlist.

Assets table Alerts column with a red count of 3, an amber count of 1, and blank cells elsewhere
Devices with active alerts carry a count tag coloured by their highest severity. Devices with none leave the cell empty, so problems stand out at a glance.
  • The tag shows the total count across all severities. A device with 1 High and 2 Medium alerts shows 3.
  • The tag colour and icon match the highest current severity, using the same scheme as the Hotlist. Hover the tag for the breakdown by severity.
  • Devices with no active alerts show nothing at all, keeping the column quiet for the common case.
  • Click the tag to open the Hotlist pre-filtered to that device.

The count covers alerts from every source, including compliance alerts raised by property-based automation policies.

📌 Since
The Alerts column is available from v3.6.1.

Asset Last Seen

The Last Seen column records the last time each device was seen online, so audit and stocktake teams can distinguish a device that dropped out an hour ago from one that has been dark for a year. The value is derived from the device’s monitoring state reports and is retained even while the device is offline.

The Last Seen column shows when each device last responded, alongside its current Online status.
  • Timestamps display in your local time in the format yyyy/mm/dd hh:mm:ss (24-hour).
  • The value updates in 15 minute intervals, and refreshes within minutes when a device goes offline or comes back online. Hover over a timestamp for a reminder of the update cadence.
  • A device that has never been seen online shows -. Hover over the cell for the Never seen tooltip.
  • The column is visible by default and can be hidden via the Columns menu.

Sorting and Filtering

Sort the column in either direction to surface the most recently or least recently seen devices. Devices that have never been seen sort last in both directions.

The column filter accepts a date and time value with these operators:

OperatorUse it to find
Is greater than / Is greater than or equal toDevices seen after a point in time
Is less than / Is less than or equal toDevices not seen since a point in time
Is empty / Is not emptyDevices that have never been seen (or exclude them)
💡 Tip
For a stocktake, filter with Is less than and a cut-off date to list every device that has not responded since that date, then export the result to CSV.

Last Seen in CSV Exports

When the Last Seen column is enabled, the CSV export includes it, covering the full filtered result set rather than just the current page. Values render exactly as on screen, with the literal value Never for devices that have never been seen.

Room Support View

Last Seen also appears in the Room Support View. On the Assets tab, hover over a device’s ONLINE or OFFLINE status tag to see Last seen: <timestamp>, or Last seen: never for a device that has never been online.
