The Innomesh platform offers four subscription tiers, each providing different levels of room control, monitoring, and device management. Each tier addresses a different set of infrastructure needs, from lightweight network monitoring through to full room automation with vendor flexibility.
Space CE
Space CE is Innomesh’s “control” tier, and is the highest Innomesh subscription tier, offering room control through a customer-tailored user experience. Space CE rooms are cloud native, auto-scale to meet customer requirements, and are highly available across 3 availability zones at a minimum. Space CE enables a multi-vendor strategy for room control and monitoring, with no third-party licensing requirements. It is capable of controlling Crestron, AMX, Extron, and Q-Sys products (and many more), all while allowing users to stay vendor agnostic. A Space CE subscription includes the subscription tiers below it: Sight and Pulse.

Sight
Sight is Innomesh’s “data collection” tier. It gathers live data from room assets using native communication protocols, presenting a rich view of rooms and assets in a customer’s audiovisual estate. Sight is driven from the Innomesh cloud, and auto-scales to meet customer requirements.
Sight also extrapolates device status into room status, allowing customers to monitor room usage, source usage, and more. Coupled with Innomesh Ops, Sight gives customers the ability to trigger device actions such as firmware updates and device reboots. A Sight subscription includes the Pulse subscription.
For more information, see Sight Overview.
Pulse
Pulse is Innomesh’s “monitoring” tier, and is Innomesh’s most lightweight service. It provides uptime and response time monitoring of networked devices using ICMP, TCP, and HTTP protocols, and gathers a valuable overview of device health across the customer’s audiovisual environment.

Space VC SUNSET
Space VC innovates on top of Crestron’s VirtualControl VC-4 service. It facilitates easy deployment and monitoring of room controls on top of clusters of highly available VC-4 servers across multiple zones, and is suited to Crestron-based deployments that require Crestron native control and monitoring, as well as device control over IP, RS-232, and more.
