Innomesh v3.5.3 Hotfixes

Hotfixes deployed to production during the v3.5.3 release cycle. For the features introduced in this release, see v3.5.3.

Each hotfix is listed under the date it reached production, newest first. These hotfixes predate regional deployment scheduling, so a single date applies to all regions.

2026-02-20

  • Updated images for new system types in Room Manager.
  • Restored the functionality of the “Filter In” and “Filter Out” function under the Innomesh Portal “Assets” page.
  • Resolved an issue where unchecking all columns on the Innomesh Portal “Rooms” page will break the page.

  • Resolved issue with displaying pre-release software in Room Manager for Space VC.
  • Resolved issue with unclaiming an alert.
  • Applied patches to resolve issues with outdated runtimes in isolated functions.

2025-12-22

  • Resolved issues with Zoom Room onboarding workflow in Innomesh Room Manager.
  • Refined site selection dropdown in Innomesh Portal.
  • Resolved front end issue with displaying Innomesh Sight room state mapping when the mapped value is “false”.
  • Resolved front end issue with deleting Innomesh Sight room Ops action mapping.
  • Resolved issue with resolved alerts potentially remaining in the “Resolved” tab longer than expected.

2025-11-21

  • Resolved issue in Innomesh Portal where a misconfiguration of the PDU reboot feature can result in the Assets Register not loading.
  • Resolved issue in Innomesh Room Manager where a custom web panel URL will not accept more than one query parameter.
  • In the Innomesh Sight room state mapping configuration in Room Manager, state values that are selectable from a dropdown now default to the first selectable value to reduce occurrence of user misconfigurations.

  • Resolved an issue where JSONata resolution for device hostnames fails to refresh under certain scenarios.
  • Workflow enhancements in Innomesh Sight Room State Mapping.
  • Fixed certain scenarios where the Q-SYS integration fails to recover after a backend crash.
  • Fixed an issue with template software updates where the incorrect software version was being pulled.

  • Resolved an issue where room actions were not working correctly in Room Support View.
  • Resolved an issue where Room Support View panes failed to load under some scenarios.
  • Resolved an issue where some instant messaging notifications were not getting through.
  • Resolved an issue where Q-SYS integration visualisations were not working under some circumstances.
  • Resolved an issue where malware scanning of user files was not working correctly in some instances.
  • Security patching to the Room Information database.

  • Resolved an issue where the “Is Empty” advanced filter sometimes fails under the Hotlist.
  • Resolved an issue in Room Manager where uploading a JSON configuration for a room can cause a corruption to IP addresses.
