Innomesh v3.6.0 Hotfixes

Hotfixes deployed to production during the v3.6.0 release cycle. For the features introduced in this release, see v3.6.0.

Each hotfix is listed under the date it reached production, newest first. Australia and the US/EU regions deploy on different days, so both dates are given where they differ.

2026-07-20 (AU) / 2026-07-21 (US, EU)

  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue in Sight where the asset profile could fail to be assigned when the profile was associated with a generic Pulse driver.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where selecting a different model of the same device manufacturer could revert to the default driver rather than retaining the selected driver.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where the screen could hang during room deployment when no response is received from the backend.
  • In Room Manager, improved the validation prompt shown when updating a device, to give clearer indication of where the validation is failing.
  • In Room Manager and Portal, updated the documentation link to point to the updated Innomesh Documentation site (docs.innomesh.io).

2026-07-10 (AU) / 2026-07-13 (US, EU)

  • Fixed an edge case issue during migration of a room from Space VC to Space CE, where the room would incorrectly show the room’s Space VC attributes on the Innomesh Portal rooms page for a number of hours.
  • Tightened the security of the Innomesh Portal UI.

2026-06-26 (AU) / 2026-06-29 (US, EU)

  • In Room Manager, device passwords now update correctly when a new room configuration is uploaded.
  • In Room Manager, web panel settings are now retained when creating a room from an uploaded configuration.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where a device removed from a room as a result of a configuration upload could still be present following deployment.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where the “Update Device” button for a monitoring device in a template could fail to respond under certain circumstances, preventing the device from being updated.
  • In Room Manager, fixed a bug where the “Deploy” button would remain disabled after a room or system configuration was uploaded.
  • In Room Manager, the system template type selection now defaults to list view and remembers your preferred view thereafter.
  • On Innomesh Portal, resolved an issue that could occur during a room migration from Space VC to Space CE with no change in Room ID and Room Name, where the original Space VC room could continue to display in the “Rooms” view and override the newly created Space CE room.

2026-06-12 (AU) / 2026-06-15 (US, EU)

  • On Innomesh Portal, resolved an issue on the Assets Register where the columns filter would cease to function when an Ops action filter is active.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue for rooms created before Innomesh 3.5.0, where deleting a room will automatically delete the room’s information without warning.
  • In Room Manager, fixed a bug where a Sight device’s username and password can be inadvertently cleared.

2026-06-08 (AU) / 2026-06-09 (US, EU)

  • On Innomesh Portal, resolved an issue where certain files, such as room schematics and photos, could occasionally fail to open.
  • On Innomesh Portal, active filters and search are now retained when opening and closing an alert.
  • On Innomesh Portal, corrected an inconsistency in how paginated lists were displayed.
  • On Innomesh Portal, updated the condition for triggering device connection alerts to eliminate false notifications.
  • In Room Manager, fixed sorting of devices by IP address and hostname.
  • In Room Manager, corrected a bug in the column filters on the Microsoft Teams Room assignment prompt.
  • In Room Manager, pushing a template to a room no longer overrides fields that have been customised with JSONata.
  • Accessibility improvements across Room Manager and Portal.

2026-05-22 (AU) / 2026-05-25 (US, EU)

  • On Innomesh Portal, resolved an issue where the “Site” dropdown could experience corruption under certain circumstances.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where room information was not merging correctly with the corresponding Space CE rooms in some circumstances.
  • In Room Manager, addressed an issue whereby after a software upgrade or downgrade, the “Room Options” section did not match the rest of the room configuration.
  • In Room Manager, added a check to ensure that dynamic room fields are not selectable when defining room information.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where the “Deploy” button was not made available when the only change was a “Site” update.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where device mapping to a PDU or PoE device was allowed to a disabled PDU or PoE device.
  • In Room Manager, resolved an issue where “Monitoring” devices could be unexpectedly wiped when updating the room’s Space CE software.
  • Minor cosmetic and alignment issues in Room Manager.

2026-05-08 (AU) / 2026-05-11 (US, EU)

  • Space CE now shows a warning when a driver is selected that is not available in the room or template’s software version.
  • Fixed a bug where Sight properties do not automatically show in a Space room.
  • Fixed a bug where swapping a device’s driver resets the device’s configured ID, name, username and password.
  • Fixed an intermittent device sort issue.

2026-05-01 (AU) / 2026-05-04 (US, EU)

  • Fixed cases of room deployment steps being reported out of order in Room Manager.
  • Updated Room Manager default device ID and name conventions to be drawn from asset profiles instead of drivers.
  • Addressed gaps in asset profile data and driver mappings.

2026-04-17 (AU) / 2026-04-20 (US, EU)

  • Editing of “reserved” asset fields in Innomesh Portal is no longer allowed. “Reserved” asset fields are fields that serve a purpose other than being informational only, and need to be updated in Room Manager. An example is an asset’s hostname or IP address.
  • Fixed a vertical scroll issue within the Assets Registry page.
  • Added graceful handling of AI backend errors.
  • Fixed issue with XPanel definitions for Space CE not showing the full range of available IPIDs.
  • Fixed issue with the Asset Support View rendering the background incorrectly on browser refresh.

2026-04-10 (AU) / 2026-04-13 (US, EU)

  • Alert Details View now includes the alert severity with colour highlights.
  • Resolved an issue in Innomesh Portal where exiting from the Alert Details View would not clear the hotlist filter.
  • Resolved an issue in Innomesh Portal that could cause assets to be duplicated in the new Assets Register view.
  • Resolved an issue in Innomesh Portal where the asset automation policies table can fail to render under certain situations.
  • Resolved an issue in Innomesh Room Manager with XPanels not showing for Space CE rooms.
  • Minor cosmetic and UI responsiveness fixes.
