Vitals: VNOC Dashboard

The VNOC dashboard provides visual alerts monitoring for quick insight when issues arise. Open it from the VNOC tab of the Vitals page.

VNOC monitors alert activity through several metrics:

  • Active Alerts shows the momentary count of active alerts in the system.
  • Active Alerts Over Time tracks active alerts across a period of time and date.
  • Active Alerts Over Time New tracks active alerts per 10-minute time frame.
  • Innomesh Healthcheck Response Time measures response time for reaching specific rooms.
  • Alerts Created Over Time tracks alerts created per 10-minute interval.
  • Average Response Time per Zone shows average response time by zone, per 10-minute interval.
  • Median Device Response Time shows Pulse device response time, per 30-minute interval.
